WHAT WE CAN HELP ORGANISE

The work before the return.
The follow-through after it.

We agree the tax type, period, records, and responsibilities first. Your engagement should make clear who prepares, reviews, approves, and submits.

Help organise responses and supporting records for your appointed tax adviser or authorised representative. Representation itself is separately agreed where available.

Better organised information for the right reviewer

NO GUESSWORK ABOUT WHO DOES WHAT

One workflow.
Clearly assigned responsibilities.

Outsourcing works best when your business, the preparation team, and any authorised adviser understand their roles.

YOUR BUSINESS

Provide & approve

  • Provide complete and accurate source records.
  • Answer questions about transactions and activities.
  • Approve the final information and arrange payments.
ALGOBRICKS

Prepare & coordinate

  • Organise information within the agreed scope.
  • Reconcile records and track unresolved questions.
  • Prepare schedules and coordinate the review process.
AGREED AUTHORISED PARTY

Review & submit

  • Resolve matters requiring jurisdiction-specific advice.
  • Perform the agreed final review.
  • Submit or represent the business where authorised.

The final allocation of work depends on your location and engagement. Preparation support does not automatically include filing authority or tax representation.

WHY BUILD A BETTER ROUTINE?

Replace the scramble
with a clearer process.

The value is in knowing what is ready, what is missing, and what needs attention—before the final review.

already have ready?

YOUR LOCATION COMES FIRST

Different jurisdictions.
A specifically agreed approach.

Tax and indirect-tax requirements vary by country, entity, activity, and registration status. Tell us where you operate so we can confirm service suitability, required expertise, and the appropriate filing arrangements.

Check support for your business

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Clear questions.
Clear responsibilities.

The first conversation establishes your location, reporting needs, and who is responsible for each step.

Can you support my country and tax type?

Share your country, entity type, tax or VAT requirement, and reporting period. We confirm service availability and any local adviser or authorisation requirements before accepting the work.

Does preparation support include submitting the return?

Not automatically. The engagement specifies who prepares, reviews, approves, and submits. Filing or representation is only included where expressly agreed and appropriately authorised.

Can you help with overdue periods or incomplete records?

We can assess the available information and propose a defined cleanup or preparation scope. We identify missing records and matters requiring specialist advice before confirming the approach.

What documents will I need to provide?

The request depends on the engagement. It may include business and registration details, prior returns, accounting exports, sales and purchase records, statements, and relevant supporting schedules. We provide a tailored checklist.

Can you work with my existing accountant or tax adviser?

Yes, subject to an agreed scope and permission to share information. We can help organise records, prepare schedules, and coordinate questions while your adviser retains the agreed review or filing role.

Do you guarantee tax savings or penalty avoidance?

No. Outcomes depend on the applicable rules, facts, timing, and completeness of information. Our service focuses on the work and responsibilities agreed in the engagement.

How is the fee calculated?

We consider jurisdiction, tax type, number of entities and periods, transaction volume, record condition, and required review or filing arrangements. Extra work is discussed separately.

Who approves the final figures and pays the tax?

Your business reviews and approves the final information under the agreed process and remains responsible for arranging payments. Government charges and tax payments are not included in our service fees.

How do we share confidential records?

We agree the document-sharing method and access permissions during onboarding. Use the initial enquiry for a general description rather than sending passwords, tax identifiers, or confidential records.
